Day 1. Cusco.
Arrival in Cusco and transfer to the hotel and free time to walk and acclimatize to the altitude of 3,300 meters above sea level in Cusco.
Day 2. Cusco
We will take advantage of this day to fully get to know this beautiful historical city, its culture, its markets, its points of interest, its gastronomy and some important points of the Inca culture.
Day 3 Humantay Lagoon
Trekking for a few hours to a glacial lagoon called Humantay, the path is beautiful and the arrival at the lagoon is priceless. Donkeys can be hired if you cannot climb for any reason or physical difficulty. This day we reached 4200 meters and continued acclimatizing.
Day 4 Vinicunca
This day we will visit the mountain of 7 colors. It is located at 5200 meters above sea level. so the acclimatization of the previous days was more than necessary.
The trekking is flat, easy, a walk, but due to the height it can be hard. You can rent ATV service to practically reach the final point to contemplate the spectacular Vinicunca Mountain or you can also hire mule service. In this company we are not in favor of using pack animals but if someone really cannot follow the path due to the height, we understand that it is a great help and we do not judge anyone.
Day 5 Sacred Valley
We will visit the best-known points such as Pisac, Maras, Moray and we will end in Ollantaytambo to spend the night and the next day go up to Machu Pichu.
Day 6 Machu Pichu
We will do the entire day of Machu Pichu. That entails the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes. It is a beautiful route between mountains that lasts approximately 1 hour, at a very slow speed. We arrive at the town of Aguascalientes and we will take the bus, which takes about 20 minutes to the entrance of Machu Pichu. You can also take advantage of trekking and walk up, it takes an hour or an hour and a half at most.
The tour of Machu Pichu is 2 hours. It will be the most spectacular 2 hours of your life. Believe me.
Then we will go down to Aguascalientes and return to Ollantaytambo to spend the night.
Ollantaytambo is a place with a lot of history and cultural wealth.
Day 7 Cusco
We return to Cusco. Whose return will be 2 hours and we take the opportunity to contemplate this wonderful city for the last time and we will take a bus to Puno to visit Lake Titicaca the next day.
Day 8 Lake Titicaca
We will take a full-day tour to get to know the lake, its wonderful history and the islands of the Huros, indigenous natives who still speak their ancient Aymara language and make their own floating islands on which they live.
We will eat on an island and do a little trekking and return to Puno, the city of Lake Titicaca
Day 9 on the way to Peace
The next day we cross the border to Bolivia and arrive in La Paz and we will have time to rest.
Day 10 La Paz and bus to Uyuni
We took advantage of this day to get to know the center of La Paz a little and take some funiculars to see the city from above, which is really impressive, and we took a bus to Uyuni that takes 8 or 9 hours.
Day 11,12,13,14 Uyuni tour
In Uyuni we will take a tour that is honestly one of the most impressive tours to do in 3 or 4 days that there can be.
We will tour the Uyuni salt flat on the first day. Various points of interest in the salt flat. Incahuasi Island inside the salt flat with giant cacti up to 10 meters high and impressive views ending with the sunset on the salt flat.
The next day we will begin the descent to the highland lagoons to see lagoons of different colors, vicuñas, guanacos, llamas, flamingos and different animals and spectacular landscapes.
We will spend the night in a place with natural hot springs where you will contemplate the most incredible starry sky in the world. In which if there is no moon the entire Milky Way will be seen.
Let's remember that we will be very close to the Atacama Desert in Chile, where the most important astrological observatory in the world is located.
We will visit some Geysers at 5000 meters high and different points of the Eduardo Arveloa National Park and we will return to Uyuni to finish the tour. We return to La Paz to sleep there and rest.
Day 15 La Paz
This day we finish the tour and return home.
